These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between dhoni888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player ", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the dhoni888 platform in any capacity. These Terms apply to all services offered by dhoni888, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, fishing games, and all associated payment and account management facilities.

dhoni888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, players will be notified via the email address registered to their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation most protective of responsible gaming and player safety shall prevail. These Terms represent the entire agreement between the Player and dhoni888 and supersede any prior representations, discussions, or agreements.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without alteration.

Access to and use of the dhoni888 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting activity on dhoni888.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf, as a private individual, and not on behalf of any business, organisation, or third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or immediate family member of any person employed by dhoni888 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You are not using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to register, play, or interact with the platform.
• You have not previously had an account permanently suspended or closed by dhoni888 for a violation of these Terms.

dhoni888 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and may request documentary evidence of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued National ID Card, Passport, or Birth Certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

Any individual who provides false information regarding their age or identity in order to gain access to the platform will have their account immediately and permanently closed. All funds in such an account — including any winnings derived from bets placed while the account was active — may be forfeited in full.

To access the full range of services on dhoni888 — including making deposits, placing bets, playing casino games, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred contact method.

Each person may register and maintain only one (1) active account on dhoni888. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different payment methods, or from different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, dhoni888 reserves the right to:

• Permanently close all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Forfeit all balances held across the duplicate accounts, including any bonus funds and winnings derived from those accounts.
• Void any pending withdrawals associated with the duplicate accounts.
• Report the activity to relevant financial institutions and payment processors where fraud is suspected.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. dhoni888 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the dhoni888 support team immediately at support@dhoni888 so that your account can be secured. dhoni888 reserves the right to verify your identity before taking any action on a reported unauthorised access claim.

Account verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed or at any point during your use of the platform. KYC documentation typically includes proof of identity (National ID, Passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name and number). Documents must be submitted in clear, legible format. dhoni888 aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

All financial transactions on dhoni888 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). dhoni888 does not apply any currency conversion markup on deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your dhoni888 account balance in real time upon confirmation of the transaction by the relevant payment provider. dhoni888 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions, and within 1 to 3 business hours for bank transfer methods, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Withdrawal requests submitted from unverified accounts will be placed on hold until KYC verification is completed.

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account, or to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. dhoni888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous wallets, or accounts registered in a name other than the account holder's verified name.

dhoni888 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where a formal review of the account is in progress. Players will be informed of any such hold and provided with a reasonable explanation within 24 hours of the hold being applied.

dhoni888 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out here and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by dhoni888:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• dhoni888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Any bonus already accepted by a player at the time of cancellation remains subject to the terms under which it was accepted.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, colluding with other players to exploit promotions, or using wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account closure.

Players who have opted out of all marketing communications will also be excluded from receiving promotional offers until they opt back in. Players enrolled in self-exclusion or cooling-off periods will not receive or be able to claim bonus offers during the relevant restriction period.

All bets placed on dhoni888 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including the selection, stake amount, odds, and market — before confirming. dhoni888 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances described below.

Sports Betting: Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body for the event in question (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL matches). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void, bets will be settled according to dhoni888's event-specific settlement rules, which are published on the sports betting section of the platform. Where no specific rule is published for a given scenario, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

Casino Games: All casino game outcomes on dhoni888 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical game mechanics supervised by trained dealers. dhoni888 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any outcome in any individual gaming session.

Disconnection Policy: If you experience a disconnection from the platform during an active game round, dhoni888's system will complete the round in accordance with the game's standard rules and the result will be recorded in your account transaction history. In the event of a proven technical fault on dhoni888's side that demonstrably affected a game outcome, dhoni888 will review the matter and, where appropriate, issue a credit to the affected account at its sole discretion.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and bet types on dhoni888. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market at the time of play. dhoni888 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players or player groups at any time and without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dhoni888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances and pending withdrawals, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement agencies:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on dhoni888.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with dhoni888.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, algorithm, artificial intelligence, or other technical means to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Accessing the platform via a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy service, or any other means designed to disguise your actual location or identity.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or financial crime through the platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors, or mathematical loopholes in games or the betting system to derive an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed by dhoni888.
• Conducting chargeback fraud — that is, disputing a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider after the deposited funds have been used on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, abusing, or engaging in discriminatory behaviour toward any dhoni888 employee, support agent, or other player.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content, data, or intellectual property belonging to dhoni888.

dhoni888 reserves the right to determine, at its reasonable discretion, what constitutes prohibited conduct not explicitly listed above. Where such a determination is made, the Player will be informed and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before any irreversible action is taken, except where the nature of the prohibited conduct requires immediate account suspension to prevent ongoing harm.

Voluntary Closure by the Player: You may request to close your dhoni888 account at any time by contacting the support team at support@dhoni888. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be paid out to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 12 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended, you will not receive any promotional communications, and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Closure by dhoni888: dhoni888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at any point.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• Duplicate account activity is detected.
• An active chargeback dispute has been initiated against a dhoni888-related transaction.
• An account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet placed) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where dhoni888 closes an account for a reason other than Player-initiated prohibited conduct, any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure results from confirmed prohibited conduct, dhoni888 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the remaining balance in accordance with these Terms.

Following permanent account closure, dhoni888 will retain account records and transaction histories for a period consistent with its data retention obligations. Players wishing to make a data subject access request following closure may do so by contacting support@dhoni888.
